Global Checkout / Policy Confirmation

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and agree to The Savvy Ranger's purchase terms, fulfillment process, email communication, and promotional gift policy.

Surprise gifts or rewards are optional, discretionary, and never guaranteed unless officially stated.

What am I agreeing to when I make a purchase?

By placing an order with The Savvy Ranger, you agree that you have reviewed the product details, size information, price, shipping information, and store policies before checkout.

You are responsible for entering the correct name, email, shipping address, size, and payment information. The Savvy Ranger is not responsible for delays, lost packages, failed delivery, or returned orders caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

After purchase, you may also be added to The Savvy Ranger email list for order updates, brand news, product drops, and future announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Purchases may occasionally include surprise extras, gifts, tickets, rewards, or promotional items at The Savvy Ranger's discretion. These are not guaranteed, do not apply to every order, and do not create future entitlement to free gear, rewards, or special access unless clearly stated in an official drop, campaign, or promotion.

Accessing Order Details and Purchase History

How do I access my order details?

After checkout, you should receive an order confirmation by email. This email includes your order details, selected items, shipping information, and payment confirmation.

Steps:

  1. Check the email used at checkout.
  2. Search for "The Savvy Ranger" or order confirmation.
  3. Review your order number, items, and shipping address.
  4. Contact support if something looks incorrect.
  5. Customers are responsible for reviewing their order confirmation as soon as possible. If your shipping address, size, or items selection is wrong, contact us immediately. Changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins.

Shipping and Handling

How does shipping work?

Orders are processed and shipped based on product availability, fulfillment timelines, and carrier service. Shipping times may vary depending on the item, destination, production schedule, and courier delays.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, The Savvy Ranger is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, weather delays, incorrect addresses, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.

If there is a major delay before shipment, we will provide updates when available and handle cancellations or refunds according to store policy and applicable law.

Steps:

  1. Place your order.
  2. Receive your confirmation email.
  3. Wait for tracking information.
  4. Track your package through the carrier.
  5. Contact us if your package appears delayed or lost.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Turnaround
All physical orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. Digital orders are delivered through email, and is available for download immediately after purchase. 

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.  

Back Orders 
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

Order Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations may be requested, but they are not guaranteed.

Because some products may move quickly into fulfillment, printing, packing, or shipping, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after purchase.

If your order has already entered fulfillment or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Steps:

  1. Contact us immediately with your order number.
  2. Include "Cancellation Request" in your message.
  3. Wait for confirmation.
  4. If the order cannot be canceled, follow the return or exchange policy if eligible.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges depend on the item, condition, and reason for return.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be considered. Certain items, limited drops, accessories, sale items, or custom or print-on-demand products may not be eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Sizing is the customer's responsibility. Please review size guides before ordering.

Steps:

  1. Review your item as soon as it arrives.
  2. Contact us within the stated return window.
  3. Include your order number and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  4. Wait for return or exchange instructions before sending anything back.

Do not send items back without approval.

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Counterfeit and Imitation Measures

How does The Savvy Ranger protect its products and identity?

The Savvy Ranger is an original creative brand. Product names, artwork, designs, language, concepts, and brand identity are protected as original work.

Do not copy, reproduce, resell, imitate, or misrepresent The Savvy Ranger products, designs, or brand materials as your own.

Unauthorized resale, counterfeit production, or brand imitation may result in order cancellation, refusal of service, reporting, or further legal action.

Authentic Savvy Ranger products should only be purchased through The official Savvy Ranger channels unless otherwise stated.
